Angel Meditation

Doing an angel meditation is a great way to connect with the different types of angels that surround you all the time. You may find that through meditating with angels that you are even more sensitive to the angelic energies that are with you day and night.
Here are some suggestions on how to meditate with angels. For best results, try this angel meditation at a time when you will not be disturbed for at least ten minutes. Your angels are happy to connect with you at any hour.
Try this angel meditation sitting in a comfortable chair or even sitting cross legged on the floor. Some people feel more comfortable when they lie down to do meditation.
Begin your angel meditation by closing your eyes. Relax your body step-by-step: relax your feet, then your ankles, your calves and thighs, your hips and stomach, your back and chest, your arms, hands and fingers, your face and neck. Feel all of the tension leaving your body. Just let it go.
Surround yourself with the white light from the Holy Spirit. Feel this white light bathing your body all over.
Take three slow, deep breaths and let the energy flow. Take yourself to a beautiful location; you may be by the ocean or in a park. Wherever is most beautiful to you. Make this as vivid and as real as you possibly can. So, if you are by the ocean, smell the salty ocean’s waves and hear the crashing of the surf as it hits the shore. Feel the sun warm on your face.
Find a comfortable place in your beautiful location to sit. Now imagine all of the negativity leaving your body from your feet. Let the angels take hold. See it leaving your feet and entering the earth where it is dissolved and erased.
Invite an angel to join you in your beautiful location. Let your angel approach you in whatever way feels most comfortable. Some angels may fly in from the sky. Other angels may walk in across the park or the ocean side.
Ask if your angel has any type of message for you. Stay and visit with your angel as long as you wish.
When you are ready to end this exercise, take three relaxing breaths and ask that the light of the Holy Spirit stays with you.
Try this angel meditation whenever you feel like being with your angels. Many people enjoy connecting with their angels once a week – or even once a day! Your angels are always ready to communicate with you.
