Give Energy to Peace and Harmony

Please read through this guided visualization, then close your eyes and work through it.  If you need to open your eyes to check the next step, please do so then close your eyes and continue.

1. Get into a comfortable relaxed position. If you are sitting, put your feet flat on the floor and rest your hands loosely in your lap, palms up. If you are lying down, raise your knees so that the soles of your feet are flat on the surface on which you are lying. Rest your hands with the palms up.

2. Pay attention to your breathing.  Notice as you breathe in and out.  Take a few deep breaths and imagine you are breathing in light and breathing out anything that is not useful right now.

3. Next, set a high intention that whatever happens in this guided visualization is for the highest good of the planet and all those who live here.

4. Imagine that there is a place in the universe that is the source of all peace and harmony.  Imagine that you are standing and looking at this source of all peace and harmony.  Then imagine that you are giving energy to this source of all peace and harmony by sending beams of light from your heart.  Imagine that beams of light are coming back from the source of all peace and harmony into your heart.

5. Feel your heart space expand with the energy of peace and harmony.   Now, welcome in even more of this energy and allow the energy of peace and harmony to permeate your entire energy field: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.  Imagine that your energy field is filled and overflowing with the energy of peace and harmony.

6. Imagine that you are a channel for the energy of peace and harmony.  You are like the sun.  You can shine your light on everyone and everything, giving the energy of peace and harmony to the planet.  If you are guided to do so, shine your light on particular places, situations or people.  Otherwise, shine your light on the planet as a whole.

7. Continue to shine your light and bask in the energy of peace and harmony until the process feels complete for now.

8. Take a few moments to express your gratitude for this experience of peace and harmony.  Peace and harmony is everywhere, whether we are aware of it or not.

9. When you are ready, once again notice your breathing.  Gradually become aware of your physical surroundings.  Return to regular consciousness, relaxed, refreshed and ready for whatever comes next in your day.

ADVANCED ACTIVITY

At the beginning of each day, or the beginning of a project or activity, imagine you are immersed in the energy of peace and harmony. Then imagine that you bring that energy into everything that you do.
